We are currently in network with Aetna, BCBS, Mass General Brigham Health Plan, and United Health Care.  Even if you’re in network, you must fill out the form below for verification.

If your plan is out of network, you can also use the link to verify any benefits you may have. We will provide a superbill for you to submit to your own claim.

We do not accept Medicare or Mass Health at this time.

Please first check with your provider as each plan has differences in coverage for acupuncture. Verification of benefits does not imply approval of payment. Out of network patients will be asked to pay our time of service fees. Pending approval by the insurance company, we can reimburse this after billing or give you a superbill with proper coding to submit for reimbursement yourself.
