Free initial consultation
Serene Earth offers a free 20-minute consultation by phone or in-person: You will receive an assessment of whether your condition can be treated with acupuncture and how many treatments might be necessary. This may include a Chinese tongue diagnosis, pulse examination, and dietary or lifestyle recommendations. Ask any questions.
All NEW patients must schedule an Initial Intake and Treatment appointment.
Time of service fees:
- Initial Intake and treatment: 90 minutes/$160
- Follow-Up Acupuncture Treatment: 45-60 minutes/$90
Office policies:
Late arrival: If you are more than 20 minutes late, the appointment will be rescheduled to the closest available time. You may be subject to the late cancellation fee. We value your time and want you to receive the best experience.
Late cancellation or missed appointments: Appointment reminders are sent by email 48 hours in advance. You may cancel or reschedule using that link or call the office to avoid any fees. Late cancellation or No-show (less than 24-hour notice) will be charged the full appointment fee.
Payment is due at time of services. Packages may be purchased in advance. Any credit issued for unused portion of a package would deduct the standard fee for any previously used appointments.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, check, credit card, HSA card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) Venmo or PayPal. Returned check fee $40, plus any additional bank fees incurred.
